A Unique Community From Quebec to Monaco and Montview to Martin Luther King this neighborhood is different from north and south Park Hill.  It features brick ranches on large city lots that were built after WWII.  East Park Hill (EPH) is one of the hottest areas for renovating houses.  There has been an influx of young people who love the affordable homes and urban diversity of the community.  Each year the neighborhood progressively improves and homes prices have increased. Residents who have called East Park Hill homes for decades and its newer inhabitants all proudly call this up-and-coming community home.
